155k on my C. Latest issue is orange triangle with exclamation with note of:
    check hybrid system
stop the vehicle in a safe place immediately
My understanding is this is a general code fault, but I assume a fault related to the hybrid system.
My Dr Prius code reader shows the modules functioning acceptably. I did remove the pack and charge/discharge to check modules. Dr. Prius was showing weak bank 3. It was 1000/5000. I balanced this with a better module 4600, if I remember correctly.
My brake booster isn’t making noise.
I am trying to see if my inverter coolant pump is going out. The video I watched shows squeezing the hose going to the reservoir and I should feel a vibration from the water flow. If you squeeze the hose, you should hear the pump working harder(can’t hear over the whiny fan). I’m not sure if there is a thermostat for the inverter and pump, so it would need to be up to temp before circulating.
There is a noise under the hood that sounds like a whinny fan which is the main fan just sounds louder than I ever remember.
Also of note, there is only the 1 light upon startup. After excessive idling, abs, traction control, and parenthesis circle exclamation comes on. After these lights come on, the motor no longer cuts off upon stopping.
I believe the code was P0A80. I erased the code but that did fix the lights.
The more I’m reading my code simply means that I will continue to have problems with my modules. 2 years and 25k miles ago, I bought a used set supposedly 5000 or better. My charger went on the Fritz so I was only able to verify 5 or so.
Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

P0A80 is strictly limited to the hybrid battery, has nothing to do with inverter. The car thinks at least one block was off by more than 0.3 volts for two drive cycles, and that's enough to trip the error. Probably time for a new, or at least different hybrid pack.

Turn off climate control to reduce the number of noisemakers active while you are listening for specific things.

You may need a different diagnostic scanner to properly reset the car. Not all scanners can talk to all systems in a Prius. Autel AP200 is an inexpensive and highly recommended choice for the Prius DIYer.
