Does anyone know of a company that manufactures push bars for Prius? I drive through the night for deliveries and have hit my share of deer.
I have searched everywhere and only found these for trucks, jeeps, police, interceptors, etc.
    Thanks,
    Shero14

    I have found this before.

Mounts to your license plate location. Screenshot_2024-06-12-09-16-14-1.jpeg Screenshot_2024-06-12-09-15-34-1.jpeg

Nothing like that will work as it's not mounting to anything structural that would just rip your front bumper cover right off your car even if you got long enough screws to put it into that piece of aluminum that is behind the piece of foam behind the bumper cover still would be iffy but could possibly work a little bit You don't want to get somebody to engineer a push bar that would detach or weld to that aluminum piece running behind the phone behind the bumper cover and then you'd have to have some protrusions for the piece of tubular aluminum to come out and go back in across the front bumper something along those lines certainly would be expensive and trial and error fit and then putting holes in your front bumper covering foam or a slot to make that work would be tricky to say the least. There's no place to really get up under the car and grab onto frame rails again that could be made up two out of steel and tubes but someone will have to do it and then that's a lot of time for a one-off project

Thank you Azusa. I am looking for something that will cover the majority of the bumper area

The plan is to mount to the bumper, using the two tow hook holes, behind the two plastic circles on either side of the grill

Well if you're willing to do something like that that should be fairly easy then just get to grade eight threaded rods to thread into that or those holes lock them in loctite them in whatever and now you have something to attach to a flat plate screwed onto that or welded to the end of that and then you could probably use something from a Subaru on a Prius pretty easily course it's not going to give you very good mounting flex in other words the cow catcher grill will be easily bent up or down because if it's too mounting points I guess you could fab up two tubes to run under the car and maybe try to connect to where your toe hooks are now or one of them is anyway just to get a little bit of two-point support on your cow catcher assembly and this will do probably okay for a medium weight animal or a deer get a little heavier and it's all caving in unless you're literally doing this to just push animals out of the way going to miles an hour or whatever it would be because they're so thick where you are?
