AC still not cold after AC Recharge

2006 Prius in south Texas summer. AC has been blowing mildly cool/slightly warm and with less force then normal. I had the AC recharged at the local dealership today. However, I don't see any change in the AC force or temp. I did not pay for the dye and leak check, only a recharge.

Any ideas on if where to go from here? Is there something else that could be causing this or is it possible the dealer is at fault?
