2 Volume control does not work
3 Air Con/Audio/Nav/Consumption & Energy screen do not function
4 Hands free phone does not function

It Started 2 weeks ago, only works well 10% of the time, other 90%
    nothing works.

The car is in the Toyota dealership and they do not know how to fix
    it!

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to help the dealer fix it?

    That's odd...
However, about two weeks ago, I turned on the car and there was no sound. No music, or no beeps from pressing the buttons. The only difference between my normal routine was that I had just removed my friend's mp3 tape adapter.... Anyway, no sound came from the car. While I drove home, I brought up the diagnostic screen; it said the DSP/AMP failed... I restarted the car and it works fine... I don't know why your system is not working; I'm sorry about that. I think you should take your car to another dealership if the one you took it to can't effectively use an OBD correctly; that should tell them what's wrong... Best of luck
