Has anyone had ppf (UV rated) applied to the headlights?

I'm forced to park in the sun and the aging of the lights is imminent.

Is this definitely a tint shop job or has anyone successfully done a diy?

If you had it done, are you happy and how much could one expect to pay for it?

    Thanks

you can get die-cut slices of film to cover the lights on some cars.

Link to example, haven't tried this kind myself.

    Good luck!

We recently wrapped our Prius with clear PPF but did not cover the headlights. Haven't considered this but let everyone know if you try some precut DIY ones on yours.

Had it done on the 2021. Mostly to protect from projections (rocks, salt, etc..) worked well. Will do the sa.e in the Civic as i'll be replacing the headlights.
