Hello, I'm sorry if this is a stupid question. At some point the stealership recommended an inverter coolant change way earlier than necessary on my 2013 Prius C Four, and I agreed at the time.

Manual says initial change is at 15 years / 150,000 miles. I had this done around 60,000 / 60 months ago.

I'm just concerned because the manual states subsequent replacements should be every 50,000 / 60 months.

Am I consigned to another coolant change early due to this? I'm "up" for it in terms of a subsequent replacement after the first, but still behind where the initial replacement should have occurred.

I'm sorry to say that early coolant change basically locked you into the 50K-miles or 5-year coolant change regiment - if you want to keep any extended warranty coverage you may have for that car. The bottom line is that it's YOUR car, you get to decide if you want to follow the OEM service intervals.
If it was my car, I would follow the OEM service intervals. Mainly because you get harsh winters in NY state, so you want your coolant working properly. If you resided in the southern, mild winter states, you could probably get away with 75K or 100K mile interval changes.
Out here most people don't even look at their coolant, much less change it - unless they live up in the mountains - high elevation snow and below freezing temperatures. .
