2005 Prius Traction Battery 130F

    Just wanted to thank everyone for their help on this issue. The problem has been solved. Recall that the problem was the hybrid battery was overheating and the hybrid battery fan was not coming on. I received a red triangle of death and several error codes.

    The solution is that the hybrid battery was going bad - as several people suggested. I replaced the Greenbean battery with another Greenbean battery (under warranty - no cost!). It's July 2024 and the hybrid battery fan is coming on by itself (and running at Max). The battery is still getting hot (132F), but I'm not seeing any error codes or the red triangle.
