P0401 code and EGR

    Dziękuję za odpowiedź problem z EGR błąd p o 401 pojawia się pomimo wyczyszczenia układu EGR chłodniczki kolektora dolotowego wymieniłem również zawór PVC przejrzałem cały układ wyczyściłem maf i błąd pojawia się nadal dlatego próbuję jakiś kolejnych rozwiązań dzisiaj będę montował no kolejny czujnik map sensor może tutaj tkwi problem Sam już nie wiem gdzie może być przyczyna wyrzucania błędu EGR sama aplikacja nie kończy testu a w wynikach tak jak na załączonym screenie widnieje że to jest przeszedł ale nie ma żadnych wartości. Jestem w pracy więc może troszeczkę niechlujnie ten post powstał i nie skorzystałem z translatora sam jestem ciekaw jak to będzie wyglądało i brakuje mi tu opcji edycji na czacie albo jej nie potrafię odnaleźć

    The test that has been circled in blue (MID $31 TID $BD) is the flow test of the EGR system. Because it is shown here with both minimum and maximum of 0 kPa, and a test value of 0 kPa (passing), I begin to suspect that the Prius sold in Poland did not have EGR.

    The test just above it (MID $21 TID $A9) is the catalyst oxygen storage capacity test. It shows a test value (0.222955) that is above the minimum (0.2196) and therefore also passing. Those values are similar to what others report. It seems common for the test value to be rather near the minimum, without necessarily being cause for alarm, as it seems to decrease very slowly, if at all, in reports taken years apart.

    Do you have a emissions In your country or you have lights on that's bothering you You can't really test the catalytic converter and then a Prius they're more finicky than in other cars so there's always that generally in the Prius you're going to be buying a new converter which is very expensive I mean you can take it out and try to look in it it may be coated with oil If so it's probably expired and ruined.

    Dziękuję za odpowiedź, w moim kraju obowiązują ścisłe normy EGR, w tym strefy, do których samochody nie mogą wjechać. Nie spełniają takich norm.my car has an EGR system, but I cannot deal with the error regarding this system and the qndroid Car Scanner elm32 application is not able to diagnose, however, the techstrim that I also have worked as ChapmanF described, i.e. unlocked EGR in step 60 and the engine was not working properly. the error occurs only when the car warms up significantly, in Poland we currently have high temperatures of up to 34 degrees and around the outside temperature of 30 degrees, DTC P0401 returns when driving a lot around the city. what also worries me, compared to the older version of the prius 2, is the temperature of the mg1 engine, which the hybrid assistant shows as a temperature close to 100 degrees at some points??

    w moim kraju obowiązują surowe normy emisji spalin mój system mój samochód ma system EGR, ale jak widać coś z nim nie tak. jednak sam katalizator, z powodu nieprawidłowego działania EGR, również psuje się szybciej, więc chcę rozwiązać ten problem emisji spalin tak szybko, jak to możliwe. Do tej pory wymieniłem zawór PCV OEM Toyoty, wyczyściłem kolektor dolotowy, EGR i chłodnicę, aby zapewnić optymalne spaliny. Kiedy pojawia się błąd, samochód oczywiście działa gorzej. co ciekawe, sam błąd jest najpierw zapisywany jako oczekujący i prawdopodobnie po kilkukrotnym powtórzeniu komputer sygnalizuje go jako kontrolę silnika i wyświetla.

    Ah, this is clear now. You are posting about the EGR system. I have asked the moderator to consider moving these posts (starting with #21) to a new thread about the EGR system and P0401. The thread where you have posted is about the catalytic converter, which is why I replied as I did above.

    So it appears that Car Scanner has a bug that prevents it showing the correct test/minimum/maximum values for the EGR flow monitor. Your post suggests that you also have access to Techstream. What values does Techstream show for the same monitor?

    Dziś wybrałem się w dłuższą podróż i aplikacja zarejestrowała błąd układu EGR. Przetestuję ponownie Techstream Mini Vici i dam znać, co się stało.
