I really do appreciate this feedback Chapman. As much as I've been wanting to tackle this, a mix of Texas heat along with recently sinus attacks have hindered me from being able to get more information on it. However, based on your info, I might be getting the 351 sub code, but obviously I can't say this without actually pulling up Techstream and looking into it (which I will do later on tonight).

For the other issue with my inverter, I still haven't been able to go to the dealership as of lately because we just got a brand new fridge in today and been having to constantly get bags of ice to keep our bodies regulated. Hopefully tomorrow I'll feel better so that I won't have anymore issues & I can actually fill up the coolant tank.

Ok so here's my latest; so I was able to fill up the inverter coolant tank, but apparently my level was higher than I thought and I accidently overfilled the tank, causing it to spill over. Unfortunately there's no real way to see the proper level of it from the side because of how much dirt is on the sides. I did put the cap back on, but now worried that it won't run properly since I overfilled it. Now for the hybrid battery pack, the official code is p0a0d-350. The orange safety plug is properly locked down, so that's definitely not an issue. Based on another post in these forums, I'm starting to wonder if the actual inverter itself just needs to get replaced.

Btw, I did a quick Google search and was able to find a manual for Lexus, but I honestly have no idea how different the code and layout would be in terms of figuring out how to determine the overall culprit. Here's the link: GSIC - Global Service Information Center
