Tyre wear and damage

    Tyres have 2.5mm left and legal limit is 1.6mm. Just concerned about a couple of cracks. Imminent blow out or not?

    Probably not and then nothing would blow out It would blow open and you'd have a flat.

    ... usually at the most inconvenient time.

    For the sake of getting another six months of use, I'd probably bite the bullet and get your tyres replaced sooner than later.

    What cracks? Those are self evolving tread patterns.

    Bro you haven't even gotten to the steel belts yet. You ain't lived til you get to the belts.

    To answer your question we cannot possibly answer your question other than to say "maybe".

    And here's a question back at you. What is an "intermittent blowout?" Best I can tell the tire would blowout and then un-blowout and do this from time to time. Is that what you're asking?
