Prius gen 2 low hanging exhaust pipe?

    Hi all. Is this pipe too low? I went over a speed bump and heard a metallic clang. It was one of those speed bumps that your wheels just glide over it on either side of it, but it’s raised in the middle under the car, if that makes sense. The bumps wasn’t the width of the road.
