Replace boot or not?

    So my 2010 has 175k on it. Original brakes still good. I've gotten the death rattle 1-2 times every couple of years, so like 1-2 times in 2015, 2017, 2021. Even so I've never had any fluid issues. Just oil changes, less frequently than recommended. The fuel injection, throttle body, and engine coolant was serviced 2016. Inner rack ends, stabilizer bar, and struts replaced in 2017. Since 2020, add Lucas Oil Fuel Addative 1 time a year . It's missing rear spoiler, undercarrage skirt and left front wheel well skirt for over 5 years. The HVB does drain to 1 bar when driving, yet I've not noticed a significant loss in MPG. Toyota just serviced it and the only isse found is a torn R-n-P boot. They say I can just replace the boot + alignment + labor for 1.6k. I'm sure I can find someone to do it cheaper. I'm thinking of fixing it but idk if it's really worth it since the HVB is going and it's already rattled several times. What are your thoughts? Would you replace the undercarrage & wheel well skirts, spoiler, battery? Replace any other fluids or parts?

    Just leaving alone and ride it on out into the sunset No worries it'll take a long time for any dust and debris and all this kind of nonsense to take place and go on and get rubbed in and create damages and all of that The car will probably be dead before this sets in any kind of well. Driven cars and conditions similar for years with no problems really other than what the car already had

    Depending on the areas you normally drive and the road debris you encounter, that axle can last 3 months or years if you stay on clean dry pavement. It'll start grinding and popping, at that point it NEEDS to be replaced and I believe axles are less than $200. If there's sand and dirt already in there, it's like closing the screen door after all the flies has already entered the room. Just to be clear, I don't reboot axles, I replace them when needed. The chances of contaminants already being mixed in with the grease are very high - see previous sentence.
