The part is metal (aluminum?)with large red rectangle around it. Ignore the red circles.
I can't seem to find this part (or it's name) anywhere. Any ideas?

I don't know what it's called personally I don't have the schematic for this under car area It's metal so it's some kind of a crossmember or shield looks like it unbolts and if you go online and look at the underside of the car while you're looking at the parts breakdown I'm sure there's an arrow that points to it and labels it part number whatever and you look in the list and well there you go You could also show this to the Toyota dealer which I'm guessing maybe an issue you're not ever over there I don't know that generation 3 that well to know all the parts call out on the underside of the car so if it's metal and it's damaged probably would be a good idea to replace it unless it's a heat shield probably not a problem but somebody would still want it anyway so probably best to just look it up or get it looked up.

It's a heat shield. Earlier this week mine came half off while backing out of a flooded road.
I had no jack or stands or clips so I just pulled it the rest of the way off. I'll reinstall it this weekend.
