Can't start my 2011 Lexus ct200h, 'check hybrid system'

    Pretty simple, I don't want to buy a grid charger, or take the time to build one, for a car that might not be worth fixing. I already have a charger that could probably charge 1, 2, or 3 cells at a time, or if I wanted a better one, it would only be around $40.

    Also, I am thinking about getting these bulbs to discharge cells, probably two at a time. I can start with one bulb and see how long it takes, and add bulbs in parallel to get the desired discharge rate.

    You do you, but I have to agree with Biomed. You could get the HLG-80H-C350A power supply for $60ish and some fork connectors (you just slip them into the gap in the orange HV battery connectors) and charge the whole thing super quick while monitoring it with a multimeter. It's a constant current power supply so you don't have to worry about overcharging unless you accidently left it connected for an extended period. After you confirmed the car is OK, add some diodes to get the voltage down a bit to do a proper balance charge at your leisure. It could come in handy for future troubleshooting as well. You don't have to be apprehensive about difference in voltages between models because there is none (as far as I know). The CT is exactly the same as 3rd gen.
