I have a 2012 Prius and last night when I was driving the brake, ABS, and skid lights on the dash all came on at once and have stayed that way. I assume a sensor or something went out. I'm mainly concerned with the cost of fixing it. I can do it myself if need be. It just depends on the time and cost as to whether or not I do it myself or have someone else do it.

not much you can do except take it somewhere that has a prius aware scanner (like a dealer)
the codes and service manual will help them find what is wrong and give you a repair price.
hopefully just a wheel speed sensor or similar.

Check underneath, at each wheel, to see whether a wheel speed sensor pigtail became loose or disconnected from the body harness. If you’re not sure, disconnect and reconnect the pigtail to the wheel sensor.

Lots of brake boosters (master cylinder with ecu) go bad. They were part of an extended warranty for 10 years or 150k miles. See attached.

For a 2012 that warranty has expired but occasionally Toyota has made exceptions. Otherwise it is around $2500 installed at a dealer with no easy aftermarket options. Hybrid Pit in Southern California has a rebuild service using your Brake Booster for less than $600. However this will have your car down for an extended period.

Some buy the part for $1100 and install. It requires Techstream or a high end scanner to set it up.

^ This. The warning lights only tell you that the trouble codes have to be read. There are a couple hundred possibilities that all turn those lights on, and some are expensive and some are quite readily fixable, so it doesn't pay to guess and worry.

However, you are not limited to taking the car somewhere that has a scan tool. If you don't have a suitable tool yourself, you can get the trouble codes from those lights without one, like this:
