Checking on starting only 2012 Prius v

Hello everyone I hope all doing good

one day Is tarted to head radial cheaking on my motor prius v 2012 215K Miles. so basicly when i started started to check than once i press gas on parking gear it goes away.
points to notice: when i run with the car and park for small perioud of time and start again doesn't do it. only when the car parked few good hours or of course a new day.

only I read code it was miss fire on 2 and 4 :

Can anyone help me


I decided to take and clean following:
1- clean Intake minifold (clean the current one)
2- clean EGR valve cooler (clean the current one)
3- new sparks plugs
4- clean fuel injectors ( new o ring and gaskets)
5- pvc valve new (new)
6- clean the throttle body only with the cleaner
after all the car running a lot smother than before of course yes

BUT the checking came back again after one day.

I would appreciate any help
I love this car Pius V is very nice one

thank you for this this Vedio, its the first vedio that explain the rough ideal for real. in addition that i need to test EGR.
I will check the coolant leak and I will update everyone here.

than the other option might be EGR.
does anyone know how to test the EGR if its bad ?
