Vinyl dashboard area white haze

    Anybody else notice this? In certain lights when viewing from drivers seat I see cloudy white haze all over this part of dashboard. Wiping it with water and microfiber cloth makes no difference. I've seen some other Prius photos/videos having similar issues in that area.

    Wonder if it is just the way the material is or if its a quality issue.

    I’ve seen this too on my 2024 Prius Prime SE. I only see it in certain lighting conditions at certain angles, so I haven’t given it much thought.

    Mine is like this too. I think that’s just the way it is. I even saw it on car review videos when the car was first announced.

    You can see at the beginning of this video. Kind of strange if it was purposely designed like this, which it does seem that way since it is like this in every vehicle. Does not really bother me. But I can see where people might think it is defective or something is wrong with it.
