You're talking about you can't see the speed the gas gauge and the transmission position That's called the CM monitor display You may have a red triangle indoor an exclamation point and possibly a check engine light and if you had a capable scanner to read the codes you'd basically know where to begin this is very common in this model generally you get the part from Texas hybrids You can Google them and it will come right up this is one of their sticks this display repair You can get it done locally but it's hard to source and people don't do it right You only want to take it out and do it once. For the headlights do you have fog lights down in the lower grill If you lift up your hood and look through the frame rail at the edges of the headlights do you see big yellow stickers they're warning labels for the HID high intensity discharge lights If you have those you want to get a D4S to LED kit it is an LED light bulb that will plug into the factory D4S connector that exists in your car right now once these are installed you'll be good to go for a long time your HID ballast and/or bulbs are just old and getting flaky You can replace each of those parts absolutely I wouldn't bother get the kit spoken about above and be finished with it.

If your car has foglights and is original, you have HID bulbs in your headlights. Do a search for 'not all HID bulbs created equal" it will explain what's likely happening with your headlights.
