P0A80, P3022, and C0700

    I bought a 2008 Prius from someone last year (5/2023) who had replaced the hybrid battery with Prius Kings almost exactly a year before (5/2022). He specifically mentioned that he tried to keep the interior as cool as possible to keep the hybrid battery from getting hot (parking in shade, windows cracked, etc.). I didn't have any issues with the car generally until a few weeks ago, when it had a code for the O2 sensor/Catalytic converter. I checked the connection to the sensors and cleared the code to see if that resolved the issue. It was fine for about a month until the red triangle symbol and check engine light came on after driving about an hour. I drove another 30 minutes (didn't notice any changes in how it was driving, though I was on the freeway driving a fairly constant speed) and ran the codes again. I had two or three codes including the O2/catalytic converter code. I cleared the codes again, drove about 10 minutes, and got a P0A93 (inverter cooling pump issue). I looked on forums and checked my 12v battery (not the hybrid battery). It wasn't working well (11.6ish v when not running, 13.2ish v running) so I replaced it, thinking it would solve my problems. I drove almost an hour with no issues, but the red triangle and check engine lights are back on. I'm getting codes P0A80, P3022, and C0700. I'm getting the typical symptoms I've seen online (poor acceleration, hybrid not charging/discharging quickly, fan in rear seat running almost continuously).
    The car has been driven just over 30K miles since the replacement. Is there any way that these issues are happening because something other than the hybrid battery is bad or replacing the 12v non-hybrid battery did something to the computers? It seems strange to me that 1) the hybrid battery would go bad only 30K miles after replacement and 2) that the 12v non-hybrid battery and the hybrid battery would go bad within a week of each other. I'd appreciate any insights or troubleshooting steps you can provide.
    And no, the battery isn't under warranty since I didn't do whatever was in the fine print. Thanks Prius Kings (eye-roll... though I'll probably buy from them if I need to replace as they're the cheapest option around SLC).

    A rebuilt battery done by a rebuilder that just runs the modules and racks them up You know you'll be lucky to get 2 years 24 months whatever It doesn't matter where the car's sitting when you're driving the car you put the air conditioner on and roll up the window so the cool layer you're generating get sucked into the battery area and blown out the rear quarter taking some of the heat off the battery and then if you're any kind of driver you're not trying to kill the car going up hills and whatnot and demanding 80 miles an hour and so on and other than that shouldn't really be any problems but rebuilding batteries as a bandaid at best all these modules that people are charging and discharging now or 20 years old almost except the few rare modules you can get from I think up to 2020 but try figuring out your modules are from that and all that lot of work trying to look all that stuff up. So just buy a new battery however you do it that's probably the smartest bet and get the most longevity I mean if you're just flipping the car you know it's just a stopgat vehicle because you know this will save you a couple of dollars so you can put money in the bank to buy a hellcat or something well there's no cure for that so a whole different ball game.
