Looking for Information on upgrading my prius

    Hello new owner of a 2014 Prius v three. Can I swap the upgrades from the five trim level to my three trim level. Such as led headlights, heated seat, proximity key fobs.
    If not what after market accessories are best for getting apple car play, led headlights, better backup camera, any other suggestions
