Transmission not disengaging with break

    Electrical issue when break is applied at idle transmission does not disengage to allow you to charge battery. If you step on the gas feel it trying to Go forward. It has been sitting not sure if wires got chewed. Any ideas or place to look? Thanks

    Presume you mean, "... when brake is applied ..."
