Looking for help interpreting dash light Blink Codes

Is the "ready" sign on the instrument panel lit?

 

You're probably having break actuator problems get a real scanner and see what you really have blink codes are great and all that I don't know them by heart and don't care to learn them Scan tools are too inexpensive now to be sitting around counting blinking check engine lights The blink codes have been around since about 85 had them in my Supra never use them had a scan tool back then too didn't need them much with the Toyota but still had them But more than likely you're having the break actuator problem which causes communication problems and all sorts of can bus issues while in the throes of the problem they'd be my guess and that break work and that's a $1,400 part and 5 6 $700 to put it on and bleed depending upon who you're dealing with

 

You should start by describing symptoms and obvious problems. As Tom indicates blink codes are almost useless without a problem to be solved. Even the Bluetooth apps are usually hopeless on specific Toyota hybrid issues. Techstream or a few higher end scanners help but even then extraneous codes usually appear that can send you on a wild goose chase or fruitlessly firing the parts cannon.
