Not very familiar with the Dr. Prius app but I have some data I need help interpreting.
Had some unforeseen circumstances happen recently so my Prius was sitting for a few months. I believe 6 months total with just a couple times being started in between.
12v battery was replaced and still is not starting

Ready light and check engine light flash when attempting to start. Pump runs under engine and hear a clicking towards the back near the battery

Here is a screenshot taken off the Dr. Prius app.
Does block 1 and 2 need a charge or replacement?

To me it looks like the orange feedback harness got corroded on the connector and discharged 4 modules, first 2 blocks. First 2 blocks need to be replaced in that situation with orange harness.

When a battery pack gets old the cells will self discharge at different rates. It's quite possible there's more life left in this pack if you charge and balance that pack. It's an essential step for a Prius that's been sitting for a long time.

I wouldn't automatically assume the pack need modules replaced until you get more data after a charge and balance. Learn more here: http://www.hybridautomotive.com/frequently-asked-questions/
