Brake Booster Kit - which part numbers fit my 2014 Prius V??

Hey All,

Wondering if anyone who actually replaces these could advise.
I've ran into the dreaded brake booster and booster pump failure and need to buy replacements. Can't really afford new so looking at eBay but most salvaged parts are listed not as the part number but as the number ON the part (not the same for some unknown reason :/). The brake booster pump kits are easy to find used in good condition and great pricing so my question is in regards to the brake booster kit only (aka brake booster assembly with master cylinder aka brake master cylinder assembly).
I know nothing about cars or car repair but I am a pretty handy with google so I've learnt a lot recently. The time is running out and I need my car fixed already so I hope you can help me avoid a very costly mistake and further delays and headaches by answering there questions:
1. The part number (MPN) for my model/year is 47050-47260 which I'm pretty sure is the same as 47210-47520 (number on the part itself, I'll call it part name). Can anyone verify if this correct?

Both of these are "by the way" questions, not critical but would satisfy my curiosity and/or allow me to find the answers by myself:
1 a. Is there an open access reference that translates MPNs to the actual numbers on the part (part name)? I found schematics but they only list it as 47210L.
1 b. Is there an open access reference which would confirm which part number FITS which vehicles? I get that 47050-47260 is made for 2014 Prius V but am I crazy to think surely some earlier/later models for Prius V or even a regular Prius may fit too??? This ties into question no. 2.​

2. This part is listed as model/year specific on all the official websites. 2014 Prius V is supposed to only have 47050-47260 installed as a replacement.
However, I ran across some info that for example 2015 Prius V component (MPN 47050-47360) should fit also, Same with Lexus CT200H (part name 47270-47030). Additionally, several salvaged parts resellers list older/newer components as compatible with 2014 Prius V. Is this legit or should I only look for 47210-47520?

3. What are the "Interchange Part Numbers" listed by sellers on eBay? For example, found a 47210-47520. It lists 47210-3315 and 47270-47030 as Interchange Part Numbers. Does it mean these part numbers ("part names" I'm calling name, the actual number on the part) would also fit my car?
