2012 Bluetooth - Can't add a user or delete old users

    Just bought a really sweet 2012, but it has issues with bluetooth.I can't add my phone! Well, I can, but it only lasts until I turn the car off. Then it disappears.

    Even if I delete all the previous owners personal data, and delete the users, as soon as I turn the car off and then on again they all come back. Even if I delete 10 times, undo the battery for 30 minutes, I have tried all different combinations. It won't let me add my phone to the previous owners, no matter what!

    Any suggestions that I haven't tried? Thank you!

    It's actually a Gen 3, I thought it was a 1.

    same here, sucks!


    i've been using lightening cable to source for everything but phone calls.
