I've been having problems with my 2004 for a while. Over the past couple days I have replaced the hybrid battery pack and the 12 volt battery. When I press the foot brake and the power button still nothing but all the lights come on. This is getting to be very frustrating and expensive. I've done the procedure where you hit the power button twice and still all the lights are on. Any ideas are appreciated.

I would start by reading the trouble codes with a Prius appropriate scanner and posting them here.
You could load test the12 volt and make sure the orange safety plug was reconnected correctly using the full three steps and make sure the brake lights come on when you step on the brake.
Did you install a new oem Toyota battery?
Can you give us a little history on the car and why you replaced the batteries?

This, is my son's car so I dont know that much about it. He decided to have it towed to a shop that has a hybrid certified tech. I'm.glad he did this and I appreciate your questions and input.
On another note, my 2011 has had the check hybrid system message , so a few cells were replaced and the n message still displays. I think I'm needing a new battery pack . Any recommendations on who to get it from? I've used exclusively hybrid with good results. Have a good day everyone.

Extreme amounts of due diligence will be needed for this decision making process If not done correctly you'll be stuck with a $2,500 battery and well possibly no working car please do your due diligence better than you've ever done before with this model vehicle it is needed read on read up talk to everybody you can take the car to people who can look at it objectively not because you love it that sort of thing A vehicle is a piece of machinery You're not supposed to fall in love with it machinery may not treat you well If you can make these things happen your outcome may be better than most.
