That's not suspect at all and actually shows that they may have experience with it. It's like 30 minutes added to a head gasket job to clean the EGR cooler with a pressure washer if you soak it in degreaser first.

 

I think back a few posts they have like very good reviews and so on and so forth for at least 3 years I mean it sounds like they actually trying to help her out a little bit you know by the sound of things I don't know these people but not everybody's out to try and rake you over the calls I know it sometimes seems like they are but you know a shop owner can bend pretty much anyway he wants to it's just how often and why should he or they or her or whatever so it's kind of a balancing act for people I do things for people all the time I don't really care about money I do have to care about time for some of these things can draw you in for way longer than you would expect and if you're working by the hour that can get costly for you and the customer.
