Hi everyone, I hope you’re doing well.

I have a 2010 Prius base model and the climate control screen is not displaying anything and the air is not working. When I got the car, the air was working fine, but then shortly after, it stopped blowing hot or cold just the outside temp, then we took it into the mechanic, and he took a look at it and said he thinks that it would be an electrical issue. Fast forward a few months from that and the air is not working at all. And the screen is not displaying. I’ve been doing some light troubleshooting and have not been able to find the root cause. I’ve even replaced the climate control module, but even the new, good one is not displaying anything. Another note is that I noticed that night, sometimes the rest of the dash tends to flicker, and even sometimes the lights on the window control buttons tend to flicker. I also cannot control the right rear window from the driver side. Does anyone know what this ac issue could be linked to? Please let me know, thanks!

(I also posted a picture of what it looks like in the troubleshooting section if that helps)

Nope, just the lack of display, I should probably try to see if I could pull some codes

might be wiring issues due to rodents chewing.
have you checked the 12v health, and connections including ground to body?
