The AC work off and on, I figure it might be low on freon and when I took the vehicle to the shop, the mechanic said the pressure is correct and does not need to be recharge. I checked the 10a AC fuse under the steering column and its good.

Anyone ran into this issue before or know where I should check?

Is your air conditioner malfunctioning and causing errors?
You need to diagnose your air conditioner system for errors.

I'm sure you're trying to run it in auto mode be my guess what happens if you said it to LO for the temperature push the button for the air conditioning compressor to be on and put the fan on well let's say medium to start everything working now Just curious?

Owned this vehicle for approximately 6 years now, never had an issue until now. No matter which temp setting its in (Auto etc) with AC button engaged and fan at low or high setting, it does not affect the AC comp from engaging.

With the car turned off, press and hold two buttons on the climate control - air from the cabin (or from the street) + the AUTO button and press the start button to turn on the ignition.

    Error numbers are displayed

Thank you. I will give that a try tomorrow when I'm back home.
By chance, if there's stored code(s), will the code be displayed as number on the HUD?

Also, in a gen 3, you can use any suitable OBD scan tool (suitable meaning one that can talk to all ECUs in the car). It will show B14xy codes that generally correspond to the same xy codes you can see using the display as described above.
