Replaced 2 brake boosters, can't learn Linear Offset

This drives me crazy, September 2013 model, got C1391 Abnormal Leak in Accumulator.
I replaced brake booster - no luck, after full brake bleed Linear Offset did not pass. Alright I thought bad part, ordered another one, post recall model #, installed, bled and cant do linear offset. Did with Launch, Thindiag and TIS - all the same. Brake light never blinks fast, it does blink slow for about 110 seconds, and then all 3 lights turn solid, Learning undone. Brakes work fine, but all lights are lit. Only Linear Offset Errors in scan tool C1345 and C1368.
Anyone know what else that might be?

 

Replaced 3rd time and it leaned offset. Got two defective parts.
