Hello all, I recently had a noise develop at front wheels on my 2013 Prius 2 closing on 130k miles - a hum like drone when turning at speed. For example if I am on the highway and quickly turn the wheel. But also at any speed over 25 or 30 mph. I think it was both sides originally. My fix it buddy immediately said bearings when he heard it. He replaced both front bearings but the noise was still there on the drivers side. He adjusted the tightening but that did not help so he replaced the new bearings on the drivers side with another new set. The noise is still there and when he replaced the bearings most recently there was a ton of grease all around the area that was not there prior to this most recent replacement. Any ideas on what was originally causing the noise, is the current noise the same as the original noise (it does sound the same) and did Mr. Fixit do something to cause the grease issue and or damage something during these bearing replacements? He has no idea why there is still a noise after bearing replacements. Thank you for any advice. Link to video of noise:

Yes it sounds like the drive axle that's blowing the boot and spitting grease all over everything that's what you're seeing should be. Doubt it's strut oil. CV joint out .
