Half the battle with finding parts is figuring out what-the-heck Toyota is calling it! If you are replacing something, look on it with a flashlight, almost all Toyota parts I've seen have the part number on there, somewhere.

For a 2017 Prius, not sure your model, so use your VIN to get the correct part number....oh Toyota calls them "splash shield"

I found after market sites were the best for part #s . Rockauto, A1 auto, Ebay, Amazon.....then hit up ToyotaOEM for diagrams (but these are woefully inadequate) . I recently place the front splash guard and inner wheel well splash guards with absolutely nasty flimsy after market plastic. The wheel wells were fine but I need the triangular pieces on either side to connect my new front bumper . Toyota only sells the whole liner.....and the front lip splash cover was too much.$$ I tried using u- pull -it but those were destroyed. You should not have too hard a time and I found the toyota parts department willing to let me review and discuss the parts I was looking for without a care whether I purchased or not.

Try Amayama. They've gone to ID'ing Toyota vehicles by "frame number" which you can find on driver's door decal. Depending on price, you can buy from them, or just plug in the part no's at the Toyota USA parts site, then following their links to local-to-you dealerships, with street-prices indicated.
