Pink Floyd in my 20s, Ok Go in my 70s

reminds me of talking heads or devo. never was a floyd fan, not sure why. did they get much radio play?

To my ear it sounded like the recording studio engineer sampled various birds then orchestrated them, with occasional reverb. It's an obscure soundtrack album.
