Nah. Bacon and cider - plus a basement entrance. Yellerjacket traps can really cut down the number of the little nasties - without hurting the more innocent pollinators. MANY MANY can be home made with a little instruction from the YouTubes.
Yep, see the pix I posted in post #1. I later gave instructions on how to build after someone asked. Very simple and only attracts yellowjackets with an occassional "fly." At the moment I have a store bought pheromone trap out. Also only trap yellowjackets with occassional flies. In four days, 12 yellowjackets. Again, early in the season. Ask how many in late August.
