    Hello everyone,

I have a 2021 Toyota Prius AWD-e (VIN: JTDL9MFU8M3029397), equipped with the 2ZR-FXE engine and NiMH hybrid battery. I'm trying to confirm which ECU is the correct and most compatible one.

The car originally came with ECU part 89661-47C30, but a replacement ECU 89661-47C70 was installed (possibly from a FWD or Li-ion model).

I'm concerned about compatibility — especially battery management and AWD logic — and I'm considering switching back to 47C30.

❓ Has anyone here tried swapping a 47C70 with 47C30 in a 2020–2021 AWD-e NiMH Prius? Any issues or improvements noticed?

    Thank you
