So I got this aftermarket radio from someone (I needed an MFD and he was giving both as a bundle). He took it out of his 07(?) I think. I have 04. I'm wondering can I just plug it in? Based on the pictures it looks like he did the leg work with wiring the harness and everything. I saw a video that I'll need a small resistor on the 20 pin connector so the climate controls work.... Or since he has that tato adapter it should just be plug and play now?
