Hello, I'm about to get my 08's mfd replaced. The car won't have it in for about a week, will the prius still be able to drive with the unit missing? Thanks,
It's still drivable, I did the same thing with my '09 last year. You lose your touchscreen controls for the A/C and radio of course but you just use the ones on the steering wheel and the dash instead. Drove mine from NV to CT without a problem.
