I was doing an ATF swap on my '14 v with 142k. (Don't know if it was ever done. Probably not.) When I removed the under shield, a sensor fell out. Looks like it has a single pin and the numbers p02 and 4c stamped on it. Found a picture on the interwebs that matches it, but the site was in Spanish and didn't translate. Looked like it was for a different year too.
No engine codes on this car. Runs fine. I'm guessing some mechanic dropped it and never found it. Trying to attach pictures for id. IMG_20250714_151509131.jpg IMG_20250714_151514852.jpg IMG_20250714_151537442.jpg
Thanks in advance for any information!

That there is a dead ringer for an oil pressure warning switch.

Maybe it's there because a mechanic replaced yours once and that's the old one that got dropped behind the engine somewhere.

Or maybe it's there because a mechanic was holding one planning to put it in some other car and dropped it under your engine while passing by.

We can be pretty sure it isn't your own oil pressure switch fallen out of your engine, because if it were, you'd be leaving big trails of oil wherever you go, and having to refill quarts at a time.

Cool, thanks! Figured if there were a bigger issue, I'd have seen signs before now.
    Thanks!
