I need to replace my big battery.

    Why do so many of you have this idea that refurbished batteries are all going to fail?!? I didn't use a "fly-by-night" company. I'm actually expecting it to last longer than warrantee. You have your ideas ... I have mine. I can replace this battery 2-more times in the next 9-years ... and still be saving $$$ over a new Toyota battery. LOTS OF PARTS AND SERVICE FROM NON-OEM DEALERSHIPS ACTUALLY WORK OUT JUST FINE.

    because we've read a lot of horror stories here, from people who have had bad experiences.

    OK ... I can understand your point. Historically though, many more people find it all so easy to complain about problems than those who compliment good service. Before you, or anyone else wants to say I'm wrong ... "Customer Service" data, in general, from simple analyzation, have shown me to be correct. I have looked up the facts of which I speak.
