I'm still here, but not for too much longer, I expect. All I did was bring up a topic which seemed to invite hostility from several others. I don't mind having others disagree with my opinions, but I hate to see them win out by bullying. That's what I see happening, and I expect I will be blamed. Let's wait and see.

It does seem like all your threads “devolve”. Maybe just take a hiatus, think on why that’s happening.

I hear ya, go along with what others think, even if the evidence points the other way.
    Gottit.

I'd rather leave than to pound a square peg into a round hole, just to placate the others.

I find an hiatus works, when exasperated.

have you been warned by the mod? i'd be surprised. it's all pretty good natured, considering social media in general.
i, for one, would miss your threads. they are good entertainment, and that's why i come here.

Thanks Mendel, for helping me see the wisdom of turning my back on these fools, who will never allow my facts to impress upon them. They would much rather ignore, dismiss and attack in the name of some god-forsaken tribal online battle. Let them think they've won. They could have "won" if they had tried to refute my evidence, but they chose their methods, and never countered anything I said. Just for the record, I'll drop it, but only for the futility of it, not because I've been convinced..

    Most common signs of narcissism

Sense of entitlement. A common sign of people with narcissism is the belief they’re superior to others and deserve special treatment. They believe others should obey their wishes and that rules don’t apply to them.

Manipulative behavior. Another common trait of narcissism is manipulative or controlling behavior. A narcissist will at first try to please you and impress you, but finally their own needs come first. They may try to keep people at a distance in order to keep control. They often exploit others to gain something for themselves.

Need for admiration. One of the most common signs of a narcissist is a constant need for praise or admiration. People with this behavior need validation from others. They often brag or exaggerate their accomplishments for recognition. They like to feel appreciated to boost their ego.

Lack of empathy. Lack of empathy is a common sign of narcissism. The narcissist is unwilling or unable to empathize with the needs, wants, or feelings of other people. This makes it difficult for them to take responsibility for their own behavior.

Arrogance. People with narcissistic behavior see themselves as superior to others. They may become rude or abusive when they don’t receive the treatment they think they deserve. They may speak or act rudely toward those they consider inferior.

Spare me the self-righteous crap. BTW that string of characters at the bottom means nothing to me.
Looks like someone's Samsung mobile, certainly not mine.

Let me give you the correct one; SM-S918W. Don't you feel smarter now?

I think some people post on PriusChat using some app or interface that tries to identify the type of their device and sticks it at the bottom of their posts with a question mark,

I had seen it asked about now and then before, if not in such an extraordinary manner.

If that's the case, I was mistaken.
