Dealer says battery is fine, so why isn’t it charging like before?

2020 Prime used to get high 30’s miles per charge in summer, low to mid 20’s in a Cleveland winter, which is what it was getting thru this March/April and it has never gone up. Now, in July, still getting in the mid 20’s. Is there something wrong that can be identified?
Took it to the dealer who said everything looked good and it’s charging to full capacity. Suggested I go to a Prius online forum, so here I am. If this thing drops to the teens in the winter, it won’t be of much value to me. Only halfway through the 10 yr. warranty. Any chance Toyota would replace it?

There is ZERO chance they'll replace the battery if it isn't throwing error codes.

Try Dr Prius app, see what it says? I've used it with the Carista OBD dongle, works.
