Out of interest's sake, why are you parting out a fully functional car?

I think it's safe to say (from their many posts :p ) that (s)he's not going to respond, but rather is mearly using PC as an ad board ... but I was wondering the same thing.

    1. I don't a mirror hanging by its wires is considered "fully intact" :p

    2. Wouldn't it make more sense if you washed the car first before taking the pics? At least it makes it visually appealing to the potential buyer.

    3. There's also a dent in the c-pillar near the roof. How the hell did that happen?

    4. There's yet another dent on the roof on the driver's side (and near the bootlid on the driver's side).

    5. The interior looks fairly clean. At least that's one area that's a plus.

    6. 2nd post and a sale? where's the mileage? how many owners?

Seeing this is what makes me suspicious. Looks like an insurance auction off. Possibly flood damage. All the high dents, but not a lot of scrapes. It's probably just shadows, but the carpet also doesn't look right.

Yeah, I think you're right. I was wondering about the odd dents, too.
