The warning lights just flashed up again re my master break cylinder not responding correctly on my 2012 Prius C 3 I've replaced it with 2 previous used master cylinders in the past. I'm considering buying a new one instead of used but I'm worried the warning lights will come on again because of the possible issue being connected to the master cylinder. Is it just a coincidence that my 3rd one is failing or could the issue be something else? Like improper instalation etc? I do use cruise control a LOT.

hard to say, but since prius actuators are prolematic, the odds might be against finding a good one. there again, if it is a source like ebay, there are a lot of bad actors out there these days
