I just got a 2025 Prius Plug in XSE Premium (with advanced technology package, and every premium feature) a couple days ago, and am trying to figure things out? So please forgive newbie questions. In my past experience with EVs and PHEVs (2018 Prime, and 2021 Tesla Model 3), one saw the remaining electrical charge in terms of miles still available to drive in EV mode. (Yes, quite inaccurate, as the actual miles one could drive was often much less than the given number.) In my new 2025 Prius Plugin, I see the remaining charge shown on the screen (and the phone app) in terms of percentage of charge. Perhaps more accurate than the estimation of miles. That said, if I might also want to see the miles listing, is there a way to see that? Thank you.
yes there is, but someone with a gen 5 prime will have to explain how to get to the screen, or it might be in the o/m
i hear you. i read half my gen 3 manual on a flight to cali, and never finished it. there is a thread here from a member who also has a new prime if you can find it. it is about the estimated miles and percentage shown, so they would know how to access them.
