I replaced water pump and then removed negative battery cable to clear the code.. now all my warning lights all stay lit up on the dash and it won’t let me place car into drive or reverse.. I have tried reset this several times by same procedure with no luck.. I know I must of re set all defaults and lost communication with computer. Now I can’t even move the car.. how do I get this all synced again?

i think you are going to have to scan for trouble codes to find out why it is complaining

if you have trouble lights, you have more codes. could be related to the pump or the install.
    use tech stream or autel

load test the 12 volt, and check the connections, especially negative to ground.

Are you getting the green 'ready' lamp? It doesn't seem reasonable that you don't have any more codes and yet the car won't go into gear. Why would the ECU lock you out if everything is READY????????
    Use a better OBD2 scanner....

Yes have green ready light.. and green light at start button but when I put into any gear it immediately turns amber and locks me out .. once I set parking brake again that light will turn back to geen

Did you remove and replace the HV interlock when doing the water pump service?

a better OBD2 would've told you no traction battery power.

If the orange plug handle wasn't slid to the right, the code was P0A0D for the safety interlock circuit (that handle is part of that circuit). So reading the code would have identified the issue with no need to guess.
