I've made this account solely to figure out if anybody knows how to replace a Gen 4's Outer Mirror Switch. I can't find a single video online that describes how to do it for the 2016 (Only Videos for Gen 3 or older). I'm able to get the arm cusion thing out on the drivers side, but I have no idea how to take out the actual Master Control part that houses the switch itself.

The dealership near my house quoted me around $274 for the part (With Tax), and ~$150 for labor (Advisor suggested I did the labor myself).

I really don't want to mess up the whole Master Control if I do it incorrectly, which is why I'm asking here for help.

So I was able to finally remove the master panel and get to the Outer Mirror Switch itself, but now I have no way of removing it from the master panel itself. Going to the dealership and asking around, the mechanics there said I needed to press out the plastic clips around where the switch is connected, to which I did to no avail. I've been trying to pop out the switch for a few hours and it's really stuck.
