I recently bought 2007 Prius from a customer that did not want to fix it. My dilemma is the key fob ( smart key) The key i does not have the little chip in it. Where can i get this chip?

Need more information. What exactly is the problem?

The Prius came with the SKS system or it didn't. The ones that do have a black button on the front door handles and hatch. If your car has SKS, you need the fob that supports SKS (aka keyless go).

There is a separate immobilizer ID "chip" embedded in the fob of both the SKS and non-SKS fobs. It's a small 5 sided black plastic chip (rectangular shape with a corner bevel). This unique chip is paired to the car's immobilizer ignition system which allows your fob to start the car when inserted into the key slot.
