Does anyone know what the wire circled in red is? Mine broke out of the insertion area and now I need to keep jumping, if lucky it will start under 5 minutes but otherwise, it doesn't turn on for like 45 minutes.

It's the main fuse lead? but it is like the wires in it are disconnected from the white block: this is what ai says:
    Temporary Fix (Caution):
    • If stranded, you can bypass the white block temporarily by connecting the cable directly to the battery terminal (but this removes fuse protection—replace ASAP).
    1. Disconnect the 12V Battery (negative terminal first) to avoid shorts.

    2. Inspect the White Block:
      • If it’s a fusible link (common in Toyotas), the wires may be soldered or crimped inside.

      • If it’s a fuse holder, check for a blown fuse or broken terminals.
    3. Reattach Wires:
      • If the wires are loose but intact, crimp or solder them back to the terminals.

      • If the block is cracked or the wires are corroded, replace the entire assembly (Toyota part # 82720-47010 or similar).
    4. Secure with Heat Shrink or Tape:
      • Use electrical tape or heat-shrink tubing to insulate any exposed connections.

That is the "main" 12V cable that connects the battery to the car. So when you want to power up the car all 12V for everything has to go through the cable and connector. And when the car is "ready", power has to go back through to charge the battery.

Since the cable looks to be heat damaged I assume the connection there is worn and loose.
