rear seats not folding flat + little storage space

The things I don't love about my 2021 Prius Limited (compared to my totaled 2005) are that the rear seats don't fold flat, and that there is so little storage space/compartments.

Anybody got an easy (I'm disabled so no DIY) way to raise the back level a few inches to take a nap in the back?

Are there any hard to find storage compartments? (Ack, such a tiny glovebox, no storage under trunk, and when I bought it used it came with a tiny 'vault' that takes up space in the center console.)
