Front License Plate Mounting without Drilling?

    Would anyone know of any good front license plate mounts that are compatible with a 2017 Prius Two and don't require drilling holes into the bumper?

    There are dimples where the screws supplied with a Toyota bracket go in. No drilling. Not to be tightened too much. The bracket has to be attached some secure way. Using shorter license plate screws avoids drilling large holes in the bumper for the screws.
